After months of planning and preparation, Rubberduck is proud to green light Rory O’Donnell’s highly anticipated short thriller ‘AutoDrive’.
With locations, cast&crew and dates locked, hot new talent Ronaldas Buozis will shoot the epic thriller on RED Scarlet over two consecutive weeks whilst VFX legend Joe Pavlo (CG coordinator on Band of Brothers, other credits include Prometheus, Batman Begins and X-men) spins his magic to create the extensive CG sequence at the heart of the film.
London based comedy production agency Sea Urchin Films now has a brand new home for its various productions.
Headed by Franco-Australian writer/director and established stand-up comedian Berty Cadilhac, the Urchin has brought the global community quality comedy films such as Corporate Bingo (2011), Turn Right (2009) and Uncorrect (2008) in an attempt to save the world through mass giggling.

In less than three weeks Marc Webb’s ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ will grace the screens of cinemas worldwide.
To coincide, Bokeh Pictures have created what promises to be the best fan film ever made – ‘Spiderman Eclipse’, production managed by Rubber Duck Films. The high-end short film was shot by renowned indie DoP Marco Marco on location around London with anamorphic cooks xtal xpress lenses on Red Epic, the camera used for features such as The Hobbit, Prometheus and of course The Amazing Spiderman (all 2012).
“We wanted a much more gritty feel that rings true to the original graphic novels”, explains Director Al White, “this shoot is a dream come true.”
Starring Alex Chard as Peter Parker/Spiderman, Alison Lyons as Mary Jane and parkour legend Chase Armitage on stunts, Spiderman Eclipse will be released on the 3rd of July through globally established CG, comic & gaming site IGN.
Proudly conceptualised by award winning Inken Dietrich, this year’s ‘Metamorphosis’ exhibition showcases work by the Art Student Collective 2012 of the Humboldgymnasium Bad Homburg, Germany.
The group experimented with different mediums projected to playfully mingle with the subtle strength of the female form. “We are very excited by the expansion potential of the exhibits in different fields such as commercial or advertising stills,” the group tells us at this May’s private viewing in Frankfurt.
